Refund Policy
At WestRed Homestead, we take pride in producing fresh, high-quality goods using careful, small-batch methods. Because our products are perishable and food-based, we have specific guidelines regarding refunds and returns.
Due to food safety standards, we are unable to accept returns on items such as eggs, jams, honey, or other edible products once they have left our care. However, your satisfaction matters to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and photos of the issue. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
For non-perishable items (if applicable), returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Please note that natural variations in color, texture, and flavor are part of the charm of homestead products and are not considered defects.
